Summer Seminar Series

During June, July, and August 2008 the GSRC is hosting a special Summer Seminar Series - a series of lectures and discussions presented by WSU personnel and other members of the Detroit community. The topics of these seminars are all centered on issues of gender and sexuality but vary in their specific focus. Future seminars will discuss STD/HIV prevention, body image and the media, representations of sexuality in educational curricula, gender identity, and views on sexuality from a religious perspective. Tentative seminar dates and topics can be accessed here or by clicking on the link below.
